Our Founders
Sumeet Syal
CEO & Executive Coach
Sumeet is an entrepreneur, tech executive, and educator with over 30 years of global experience in large corporations and Silicon Valley startups. Drawing inspiration from his cultural heritage, he custom-designed 3Doshas, a science-based methodology for coaching & mentorship. A Stanford-trained executive in Leading Change & Org Development and a UC Berkeley-Haas Certified Executive Coach, he mentors Silicon Valley executives, startup founders, and their leadership teams to reach peak performance. He teaches leadership and serves on professional advisory councils at San Jose State University, Santa Clara University, and UCSC, and has delivered numerous talks and workshops worldwide on 3Doshas Science to empower leaders.

Nitu Prasad Syal
COO & Career Coach
Nitu is a biotech and pharmaceutical executive with a 30-year career defined by leadership at the intersection of science and wellness. Drawing on her extensive scientific background and senior management roles at companies such as Genentech, Amgen, and Cadence Health, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her holistic approach. As Co-Founder of 3Doshas, Nitu developed the 3Doshas Blueprint, which fosters a scientifically measurable and powerful connection between our mind-body strengths and personalized career choices. A UC Berkeley graduate in Molecular Cell Biology and Biochemistry, and a California Credentialed Youth Educator, she brings deep experience and insight to leading our 3Doshas Blueprint–based career transformation programs.
Sachin Syal
CMO & Youth Coach
Sachin is an Advertising Major Student at San Jose State University. He is the Co-Founder of 3Doshas, Host & Creator of The O'ChakDe Show, TEDx Speaker, Eagle Scout, and a founding member at schoolhouse.world. Sachin is the recipient of the JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide Impact Award for 3Doshas innovative science based coaching & mentorship. Sachin's work has been featured on Bloomberg & Apple TV, Bay Area Radio Stations, and Freethink documentary. He strives to inspire and change the lives of millions of people through 3Doshas Science so they can level up in life. Sachin truly lives and breathes entrepreneurship, hosts our talks/speakerships and likes to meet new people and learn new ways of inspiring others and giving back.
Sujay Syal
CTO & Youth Coach
Sujay graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Statistics & Data Science and a minor in Music Industry from UCLA, and is currently working at Atlassian driving AI Sales & Success Strategy. As 3Doshas Co-Founder & CTO, Sujay built the entire 3Doshas platform, connecting users through a simple and easy-to-use interface. He owns our AI strategy, data analytics of our Blueprint methodology, and manages all technical aspects of the platform—from booking functionality in calendars to processing payments, hosting online events, managing email lists and marketing campaigns, and the website interface. Sujay believes 3Doshas is a great way for him to teach young professionals about tapping into their full potential and fostering both personal and professional growth.

Noman "AJ" Jilani
AJ leads our Veterans Career Readiness and Executive Programs involving international partnerships. Having served in the military in South Korea he has a deep appreciation for cultural exchanges and global education. AJ is the founder of a veteran owned business, supporting public and private sector clients and he holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from San José State University.
Serkan Saka
Serkan leads our Sales & Marketing programs as a Consumer Researcher. He earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from University of Illinois Chicago and is an assistant professor of marketing at SJSU. His research focuses on consumer behavior, particularly how marketing impacts consumer well-being, activism, and human interactions with AI. He has worked in pricing, brand management, and sales across a range of industries.
Anthony Simon
Anthony leads our semiconductor research programs after serving as Qualcomm's VP of Project Management. He co-authored research papers with Sumeet (3Doshas Founder & CEO) covering topics in GeoPolitics & the Future of work in semiconductor industry. Anthony holds a doctorate Ph.D. in political science, and a master’s in economics, as well as bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
